Wednesday 7th: Morning Coffee and Chat featuring the Willingham Winner draw, 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM.

Thursdays 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th: Tai Chi from 11:00 AM – 12:10 PM, followed by Qigong until 1:10 PM. Contact Carol on 07592071523.
